Accepted payment methods may include cash, credit/debit cards, or financing options (if applicable). If payment is not made in full as agreed, we reserve the right to suspend or discontinue services and may charge late fees or interest on overdue balances as permitted by law.

5. Estimates and Quotes

Estimates provided for new installations or major repairs are non-binding and based on the information available at the time of the quote. The final price may vary depending on changes in the scope of work or unforeseen circumstances.

Diagnostic Fees: A diagnostic fee may be charged for service calls. This fee will be credited toward the cost of repairs if you choose to proceed with the service.

6. Service Warranty and Guarantees

  • Installations: We offer a 2-year labor warranty on all new HVAC system installations, covering defects in materials and workmanship.

  • Repairs: We offer a 30-day warranty on repair services. If the issue reoccurs within the warranty period due to the same cause, we will return and address it at no additional charge.

  • Maintenance: Regular maintenance services are covered under a limited warranty, which does not cover repairs arising from normal wear and tear or external damage.

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to maintain the system after installation or repair.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, True North HVAC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, services, or products, including but not limited to lost profits or interruption of service. Our total liability for any claims, damages, or losses arising out of or in connection with our services will be limited to the total amount paid by you for the service in question.
